1. I am not a geek, how do I upload my video to Play?

Get yourself a 24.com Account
Log in to Play
Click on the upload button and follow the two step move
Step one lets you add all the video info
Step two helps you find the file on your computer and uploads it to Play

2. How many videos can I upload?

The little video monkeys at Play appreciate all sorts of videos, so please upload as many as you want and keep them busy.

3. How long can my video be?

Play doesn't want to be picky, but we suggest that you keep them under 5 minutes and under 100MB otherwise the little video monkeys get rather tired converting and processing the huge files.

4. Eek, I have made a mistake, can I edit my video info?

Doh, of course you can.
Click on My Vids, select the video and click on Edit video info. You can make as many changes as you want to the title, description, tags and even change the flava.

5. Oh oh, I've made another mistake, can I delete a video?

Again, Play can save you from embarrassment.
Click on My Vids, select the video and click on Permanently delete this video.
(Just in case you've uploaded your granny's 90th birthday party by mistake.)

6. I just uploaded a video and I can't find it.

Once your upload has been completed, our little video monkeys still need to process the file. This may take a few minutes, so we recommend that you chill out for a while. You can check to see that your video is live by clicking on My Vids, it will appear on the top of the list.

7. How can I download flash player to watch the videos?

You can download it from Adobe Flash Player for free, click here and follow the download instructions.

9. How can I share my videos with my friends?

Click on the Share link inside the video player and send your favourite videos to your friends, your mom and even your gran.

10. How do I embed a video in my blog

Click on the Embed link inside the video player and copy and paste the code into your blog using the HTML editor.

11. What is the link for my uploaded video?

Click on Get URL inside the video player. Cut and paste from the pop up window. But there is an easier way to share a video with your friends, simply click on the Share link and fill out the mail form.

12. What is my short URL?

Each Play user gets a short URL or Short Code. This is your unique web address for your online video page. It will list all the videos that you uploaded in order of most recently added.
